If you access Vilpa Max through third-party devices, app stores, login providers, or bundled subscriptions.

Corporate transactions
In connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or asset sale, subject to appropriate protections.
We do not sell personal information as an independent business activity. However, some jurisdictions define “sale” or “sharing” broadly (including certain advertising-related disclosures). Where applicable, you may have choices to limit certain advertising-related processing.
5) International transfers
Vilpa Max operates from the United Arab Emirates and may use service providers in other countries. This means your personal information may be transferred and processed outside your country of residence. Vilpa Max may show advertising in the Free Tier, including ads that may be selected based on general information about your device, approximate location, or interactions with the Service.
Depending on your device, operating system, and location, you may be able to limit or control ad personalization through your device or platform settings.
If you choose to limit ad personalization, you may still see ads, but they may be less relevant to your interests.

When you access the Vilpa Max Service through a mobile device, tablet, smart TV, or similar platform, we and our advertising and measurement partners may use device identifiers or similar technologies (such as mobile advertising identifiers) to support advertising delivery, measurement, frequency capping, and fraud prevention.
You can control the use of advertising identifiers through your device settings. Your choices are device-specific and may need to be updated if you change or reset your device.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
